May 24, 2013, Vancouver, Canada—iCo Therapeutics Inc. (“iCo” or “the Company”) (TSX-V: ICO) announced today that that all nominees listed in the management information circular dated April 22, 2013 were elected as directors at its 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held on Friday, May 24, 2013. On a vote by ballot, the following five nominees proposed by management were elected as Directors of iCo Therapeutics to serve until the Company`s next Annual Meeting of Shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed, with shares represented at the meeting voting in favour of individual nominees as follows:
